Gericht in Rumänien weist Klage gegen Gott ab

Bukarest (AFP) - Ein Gericht in Rumänien hat die Klage eines Mannes gegen Gott wegen "Betrugs, Vertrauensbruchs und Korruption" abgewiesen. Die Staatsanwaltschaft in der westrumänischen Stadt Timisoara begründete ihre Entscheidung damit, dass Gott "keine juristische Person" sei und "keine Adresse" habe, wie die Zeitung "Evenimentul Zilei" berichtet. Der 40-jährige Mircea Pavel, der wegen Mordes eine 20-jährige Haftstrafe absitzt, hatte gegen "den Genannten Gott, wohnhaft im Himmel und in Rumänien vertreten durch die orthodoxe Kirche" geklagt.
"Während meiner Taufe bin ich einen Vertrag mit dem Beschuldigten eingegangen, der mich vor dem Bösen bewahren sollte", erklärte Pavel in seiner Klageschrift. Doch bislang habe Gott den Vertrag nicht eingehalten, obwohl er im Gegenzug von ihm "verschiedene Güter und zahlreiche Gebete" bekommen habe.
